GILES GRANDPARENTS APPRECIATION DAY 2026
On January 23, 2026, The Giles School proudly hosted its very first Grandparents Appreciation Day, welcoming grandparents into our school for a morning filled with connection, conversation, and gratitude.
The morning coffee gathering offered grandparents a relaxed opportunity to spend time in the school environment, connect with one another, and feel part of the daily life of The Giles School. Laughter, warm conversations, and quiet moments of pride filled the space as students introduced their grandparents to classmates and teachers.
Thank you to our families and grandparents for being such an important part of the Giles spirit.
In preparation for the day, students thoughtfully created handmade cards and artwork, reflecting on the special role their grandparents play in their lives.
In addition to scenes from the school, this special video also includes photos shared by families of students with their grandparents off campus, offering a broader glimpse into the relationships that shape and support our community beyond the classroom walls.
