Dear Giles School Community,

We are thrilled to announce that The Giles School has officially been accepted as a Member School of the International UNESCO Schools Network. Launched in 1953, the UNESCO Associated Schools Network (ASPnet), connects over 12,500 schools in more than 182 countries with a shared mission to foster peace, sustainability, and quality education.

As part of this global network, The Giles School will collaborate with students, teachers, and institutions worldwide to promote international understanding, human rights, intercultural dialogue, and sustainable development. We will also contribute to UNESCO's Education 2030 goals, focusing on inclusive and equitable education for all.

This membership provides our students and staff with opportunities to engage in innovative projects, exchange ideas, and become agents of change in both local and global communities.
