happy thanksgiving
  • Community

Practicing gratitude can be a game-changer - improving our mental health to boosting our relationships with others. Gratitude can be considered as a feeling of strong happiness. It’s a positive emotion that is derived from a healthy mindset. It makes you more resilient and motivates you to achieve your goals. It’s also what connects you with people in your life.

You can simply be thankful to the person who cooked for you, the person who took good care of you, or even your friends who made a memorable birthday celebration happening. You can also be thankful for the life lessons you’ve learned from other people, or your teachers and mentors for their support and guidance. Each of the small moments strings together to create a web of well-being that, over time, strengthens your ability to notice the good.

We are grateful for a supportive community that continues to help us achieving our mission and goals. We are also grateful for our teachers and staff for their patience and hard work throughout the year.  Finally, we are grateful to be able to see our students and their smiles every morning.

What are you thankful for?

Note: School is closed on Monday, October 11th for Thanksgiving.
