New Applicant
Our goal is to ensure that every student who enters at The Giles School doors learns with confidence, meets every challenge with perseverance, and communicates in many languages with ease. We believe that children placed into a highly stimulating academic environment from an early age will thrive regardless of their initial aptitudes.
The Giles School is a non-selective, co-ed French immersion independent school.
Applicants may be admitted throughout the year. Our first-come, first-served admissions philosophy means that your place at Giles can be guaranteed if there is room in the class and when we receive a complete application. We advise that families apply early to secure a space for their child. Spaces are reserved for our current students until February 1st. Contact us to find out if there are spots available.

Step 1 – Completion and submission of your application
The first step in the admissions process is the completion of the online application. You will have to create a parent account or sign in to an existing account to fill out the online application form. Should any other documentation be required for your application, the Admissions Team will be in touch with you.

Where a place is offered, parents/guardians will be notified and a letter of offer and contract sent via email. This contract must be signed by all respective parents/guardians and submit online.
Payment of the Application Fee is due upon signing of the School Contract and before entrance. The remaining fees will be processed through the Parent Portal. Various payment plans are available, details of which can be found by clicking on this link.
Re-enrolment
Re-enrolment for the 2022-23 school year has begun.
Families currently at the school will be given priority on class spaces until February 1st 2022, after which time new families will be offered space.
How to Re-enroll
Step 1 – Submission of re-enrolment application
The first step in the admissions process is the completion of the online application. You will have to sign in to an existing account and enter the authentication code provided by the admission office. A list of forms associate to each student will be provided, such as medical records, media release authorization, etc. Please complete and submit the forms online.
Step 2 – Tuition & Fees
Payment of the Application Fee is due upon signing of the School Contract and before entrance. The remaining fees will be processed through the Parent Portal. Various payment plans are available, details of which can be found by clicking on this link.
